How to add profile and banner images

STEP 1. LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT VIA https://www.iwearafrican.com/my-account/

STEP 2. GO TO YOUR VENDOR DASHBOARD

NOTE: Note: Our goal is “100% Profile Complete”. The RED is a hint on what you need to do next to achieve the goal.

STEP 3. CLICK “SETTINGS”, IT SHOULD DIRECT YOU TO YOUR STORE PROFILE.

STEP 4. CLICK “UPLOAD BANNER’’ AND THEN SELECT OR DRAG AND DROP YOUR PHOTO TO ADD A BANNER.

STEP 5. PHOTOS YOU UPLOADED ARE ADDED TO YOUR ‘MEDIA LIBRARY’

NOTE: You have a few other options to use to proceed with the steps or delete if you’re not satisfied with the images

STEP 6. FOR THE BANNER, CLICK “ SELECT AND CROP” TO ADD. DRAG THE IMAGE TO REPOSITION IT AS YOU LIKE, THEN CLICK “CROP IMAGE”

STEP 7. AT THIS TIME, YOU SHOULD BE REDIRECTED TO YOUR DASHBOARD WHERE YOU WILL ALSO ADD A PROFILE PHOTO OR FOR SOME, THEIR LOGO.
CLICK UPLOAD PHOTO, SELECT THE PHOTO, CROP AND ADD JUST LIKE YOU DID WITH THE BANNER. (See steps 4 to 6)

STEP 8. UPDATE ALL THE OTHER INFORMATION

STEP 9. ADD A BIOGRAPHY. Click on the box to start typing.
It helps you stand out and for customers to know you more 🙂

STEP 10. MAKE SURE TO CLICK THE “UPDATE SETTING” AT THE BOTTOM TO SAVE ALL YOUR CHANGES.

Note: A green notifications tab will appear at the top if the information you added has been successfully saved.
