If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may be delayed. Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however, items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.

CUSTOM CHARGES:
All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. TSH by Tonia has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are your responsibility.

*Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
*All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories).
*All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
*All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
