In case of withdrawal of the Customer, Boucl'Ebene will refund the payments received from the Customer without undue delay and, in any event, no later than thirty (30) days from the day Boucl'Ebene is informed of the decision of withdrawal of the Customer.

In case of withdrawal of the Customer on the entire order, Boucl'Ebene will refund all payments received from the Customer, including any delivery charges.
In case of withdrawal of the Customer on a part of the Products of the order, Boucl'Ebene will refund the amount of the returned Products.
The refund will be made by the same means of payment that the Customer has used for his order.
Boucl'Ebene may defer this refund until receipt and verification of the Products.
